Esam Primadonna6620 hangs when switched on

Hi all,
I had a stuck brew group on my Esam, which I could fix by unscrewing the base plate and manually turn back on the belt but.
In the hope that the problem is now fixed I had to find that the self-diagnosis after switching on only displays a "please wait" and somehow does not want to come to the end.
In test mode (both double buttons) the machine somehow shows no function at all. Load Testmode is displayed, but I get no reaction to the buttons.
Could you give me a hint what I can try to narrow down the problem further?
