Neff hung himself while he was cleaning.

Yesterday I started the "Calc'n'Clean" program, first she got stuck while decalcifying and there was too little decalcifier and I should fill it up
Sometime she went on cleaning and now she comes constantly "water tank rinse and fill" then comes briefly "cleaning program runs" but there is no water through the nozzles but lands in the marc!
The machine is unplugged overnight but it "hangs" or always starts at the same place but the machine is "hanging" or always in the same place....
We have removed and cleaned the nozzles, suspected that the nozzles are clogged....
But nothing is happening...

Somehow now only a part of my question is displayed
Does anyone know how or if you can make a riset on this machine?

Hello, remove the water tank, if possible remove the filter and dispose of it directly.
Get a descaler with amidosulfonic acid if you do not already have it.
Then descale and repeat this three times. It is better to disconnect the KVA from the power supply during the descaling cycle and leave it for 12 hours, then run the program again.
