Hi all! I have a Bosch TCA 5201 (Benvenuto classic piano). It has always been properly maintained using the cleaning program.
Recently, it stopped producing coffe using the “two bean” button (stronger coffee). It grinds the beans and seems to be working normally until it stops during the brewing and drops the grounds into the container below.
I can still make coffee using the “one bean” button, which leads me to believe that the machine has become too weak to push the water through the coffee when using the larger quantity of beans.
Does anyone recognize this behavior? Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks!
