Jura D4 "Descale" lights despite Claris Smart Pa

My 1 year old Jura D4 suddenly lights up the symbol "descaling".

Since it is always operated with a Claris Smart cartridge, this should not be at all.

The error occurred for the first time after an inspection at the fully automatic dealer. Is it possible that something has been accidentally adjusted?

Can I adjust this myself so that the symbol disappears again?

In addition to the Claris Smart, I operate the Jura exclusively with filtered and decalcified water.
