Hello, maybe somebody can help me.... Yesterday, after I had turned on the device and pressed produce a cup, the device started up briefly and then stopped blocked. I opened the machine today and noticed that the stamp used to press in the coffee powder does not completely shut down. After a stroke of about 2 cm, it stops at some hard point or is blocked. I can't figure out what could block this stamp on the stroke path. Maybe an expansion drawing could shed some light. Or does anyone know this error?

Hello,
it may be that dirt has settled in the gear unit. But I would be careful - because the whole setup is really demanding for a layman unlike VA from Delonghi, Saeco and Co. Alternatively I could offer you a cheap repair here in Nuremberg as a Quickmill sales partner. What kind of model is it (for exploded view) or remote support?
