Hello together
unfortunately these messages come after 11 years of operation with my
Primadonna.

I have never had this message before. The message "Heating process please wait" appears constantly and there is no reaction when I press the milk button. And at some point the milk supply will work by itself again, after pressing twice it

will not

work again

.

All thermal fuses and resistors are ok, the resistance values are 120 ohm

.

I am looking forward to your answers and support.

Did you check the heaters on the thermoblock?
It's two heating circuits, should have a combined resistance of about 40 ohms
.

At about 80 ohms, one heater is broken.

Where did you find the resistance value of 120 ohms? Seems pretty high to me...

Hello Steinhäger
thank you very much for your answer the thermal fuse on the steam heating was defective, I replaced it after two milk deliveries the thermal fuse was broken again. I will measure the resistance of the heater again and let you know.

Hello, Jaleak,

the resistance levels are good.
I've
had that
same thing with the blown thermal fuse
.

Please check if the thermal sensor of the steam heating is still "intact", or replace it

.

If the thermal fuse still blows, please replace the thermosensor as well

.
