High-speed milling machines?

I am currently looking for an espresso machine on a student budget. I found an older model Quick Mill 02820 for about $100 on Craigslist. The ad states that it works, so it seems ridiculous to pass it up!

The only problem is that the portafilter / basket / handle assembly is missing. I'm not sure what it's called. The seller says these are easy to get, but since this machine doesn't use the E61 group head, it's hard to find one, at least through Google.

Anyway, I'd like some opinions on whether I should go for it. New 02820 machines seem to cost over 500 euros, so I think it's worth it regardless.
