Cafe Solo descaling program

Hello all,

I have a problem with my new Solo machine.

I did not have this problem with the old one that gave up the ghost.
The descaling program does not run as it says in the description....
After the descaler has come into the water runs the COMPLETE contents of the water tank into the drip tray.... So that this overflows... I have to take it out and empty it in between.

With the old machine, which I had before it ran differently. Since the descaler ran 2 to 3 times through the coffee spout... and then I had to change to the Capuccinatore.... The remaining water - descaler mixture then ran into the Tresterbehälter, which komt under the Cappucinatore....

What could be the reason for this? Software error? I follow the sequence of the description meticulously.
