Bead temperature sensor, Solis Crema sl90

Need specs and or source for this sensor

I need information on sourcing and specs for the bead sensor with the plastic connector (part of a wiring harness with blue wires that includes the over temp shut off sensor).

Mine has a broken wire with the remainder being too short to use for testing or soldering.
