SAlve, I premise that I come from a Saecco that I had for a good 7 years , it left me a few weeks ago for it was leaking water all over the place. To tell the truth I didn't mind because the coffee yes from the first uses was not the best in terms of consistency and flavor.
Alche I decided to buy a De Longhi, and firstly by virtue of an offer from a mall I bought a Dinamica Plus because I advertised on the flyer as well as on the store tag with power pump at 19 BAR, then documenting on the De Longhi website my version (silver) was at 15 BAR.
Although the coffee seemed to come out well from the first brews (despite the house setting), I took it back with the return.
Alchè I got the Rivelia thinking I had the Top. Instead to this day after almost 10 days the coffee comes watery and barely hot.
I got as far as setting the grinder to 1 , but I am not satisfied. It also seems much more plastic than the Dinamica Plus.
What else can I set besides the grind and aroma (to the max) of the coffee to make it come out creamy?
I use Borbone Blue coffee .
Thanks for Your Advice.
