I have had a Nespresso for the last 10 years and have been very satisfied. But I no longer want to use capsules and have bought a KVA.
The result of the coffee is absolutely disappointing and unacceptable. The coffee is thin and watery, actually just brown water.
I commissioned the machine as indicated in the instruction manual. I played around with the grind and amount of coffee. The result is always watery. And I have really tried consistently, 750g (different) beans I have consumed.
The coffee grounds are not even 1cm thick. The amount is always the same, no matter if one or two cups are chosen. And the machine also always grinds the same length.
I'm used to a Nespresso to get a strong, full-bodied coffee with a 1cm-thick crema on it! What do I have to the, so that the KVA also gets the same?
