Philips 2230 - Clacking noise normal?

Hello together,

I'm new to the world of automatic coffee machines, since I "hardly drink coffee". Yeah, that used to be a few years ago. In the meantime (and not just because of home office) my coffee/cappuccino consumption (and that of my wife) is quite decent, so we dared to buy a cheap machine and so far we are absolutely satisfied (owned for about four weeks).

Now then, here's my question.
The device makes when switching off (and actually only then) a very loud "clack" noise. I have packed a video link to it. You can hear it there at seconds 15. In live it is even somewhat louder audible than it comes across in the video.
Unfortunately I can't say if it was like that from the beginning or only recently. At least I only noticed it a few days ago. But since I'm not that familiar with KVA, it's of course possible that I wasn't that sensitive at the beginning and noticed this as a loud noise.

So, can you guys tell me if this sounds "normal"?

I have the video also times geschichkt to Philips support. The technical department (on inquiry) probably means that this is quite normal.
