I've had Jura fully automatic machines for >15 years, and need to buy a new machine soon due to new household formation. I am leaning towards the Z10, but have 2 questions:

1. Does the Jura Z10 have a timer? The old top of the line Jura machines used to have that. But with the color displays, they did away with it. I find this a step backwards.

2. is it possible to install a fixed water connection?

Thanks!

Hello,

in the course of the energy saving regulations there are no more devices
with timer - the heating times are however usually under
a minute.

If you look for what with fixed water connection you must look with
Jura Professional - there are however the machines then
also larger and m.E. hardly for a normal kitchen suitably

Thank you for this informative and competent answer. The Jura X10 would have a water connection, but is quite huge and would be too dominant for my kitchen. Do you know at best machines from other manufacturers, which offer a fixed water connection? This little luxury I would like to treat myself - but not if I have to set up a monster for it cool.gif
