Colibri Necta - Inside dirty normal?

Hello Zusammen! I wanted to ask your opinion, we have a new Colibri Necta coffee machine in our office. The machine is only a few months old and it always looks totally dirty from the inside, as coffee, cocoa and milk powder seem to leak out (see pictures). Would you say that's normal? We have the same machine in the office.
Also, you have to clean it regularly (I do that once a week). This means that all removable parts (funnel, slide, etc.) must be removed and washed off. It's very simple.

We always had coffee next to the brewer. Now the brewer was exchanged, because there a part was torn from the anchorage. Now nothing falls next to it anymore
