EA875E hangs at "Flush..." when switched on

Hello,

My 5-day-old INTUITION PREFERENCE+ EA875E has been stuck at "Rinse..." since just now when I switched it on. The LED lights up red, although all containers are filled (coffee, water) or emptied (drip tray, coffee grounds container). As far as I can tell, the machine makes no attempt to rinse at all.

When I remove the water tank or coffee grounds container, the display shows this. After reinserting it, the display shows "Rinse..." again. When removing the drip tray, the display does not change.

Disconnect from the mains and start with a long press on the power button, does not help. I.e. I end up back at "Flushing".

Any ideas?

We also have the same problem. The hotline told me today that I have to send the device. A technical solution to the problem had the also not ready at the hotline. Strange

so this is really a sh...problem. It hangs when rinsing like all of you and after 4 days...what's up with that. Would love to return you and get my money back.

In the meantime, I have installed a new circuit board and, lo and behold, the machine is running again.
I then reinstalled the old one for testing and it now also works ????????♂️. It must be a software back.
