Jura ENA Micro 9

Hello everyone, get our Jura the bowl is no longer fully inserted, it remains about nen half Zwntimeter outside. Have tried everything with power on / power off, error message "bowl missing" appears, by firmly pressing the bowl, the message goes away and machine brews, but still it does not go in afterwards.

Is there powder at the very back of the machine that prevents the bowl from going further in?
If you leave out the pomace container, does it go further in?

Hello thanks for the reply. Everything that looks like powder taken out, even with the suction ... without the container the same problem....

I would open the machine and see if you can see what it is.
If the left side panel is off, you should see more.
