The milk frother has never worked properly on my Jura Ena 8. We have always been very careful to maintain the machine with Jura products but nothing has helped.
The machine has already been repaired three times and the problem always comes back. You should also know that the grain mill is also very fragile. Don't turn it if the machine is not grinding coffee, otherwise it will break! And yes, this is also what we were told after the first repair of the machine, we should have known! In short, we regret our purchase of course and we will never buy again this brand whose reputation has clearly deceived us. In the meantime we are obliged to make with it.

Milk frother must always be cleaned. Milk deposits become very solid. Then it starts to splash or no longer works at all.
The air intake port at the top must also be free.

Since with the adjustment of the grinder stands in every manual of coffee machines. That is with all manufacturers so that you should adjust the grind only when the grinder is running.
