Hello dear Forum,
I would have a problem there:
at my Jura Impressa Scala Vario the fuse of the flat (not the FI switch) triggers when plugging in the mains plug.
I have noticed that the capacitor C1 on the power print is stewed through. Otherwise nothing can be detected, no moisture in the machine, no external damage to the mains filter.
Is it possible that only the capacitor has given up isolated, or do I have to search deeper for a cause?
Many thanks first, Boris.

After soldering in a new capacitor (1.95 for Menzel) to C1 and a little contact care at the pump, the machine runs perfectly. Apparently, it was actually just the capacitor. Pictures gladly by mail.
Many thanks, Boris.

Hello

maybe you still have the values of C1?
mine is so well-brown that I can't see anything anymore.

Hello dear forum
, I have a problem:
my Jura Impressa Scala Vario has a fuse that blows when I plug in the power plug (not the FI switch).
I noticed that the capacitor C1 on the power board is burned out. Otherwise nothing else can be determined, no humidity in the machine, no external damage to the mains filter.
Is it possible that only the capacitor has given up in isolation, or do I have to look deeper for a cause?
Thank you very much in advance, Boris.

Same with my Jura Impressa Scala. What exactly is this capacitor?
