Hello dear community,
I have a Jura E8, where I just tried to change the filter (previously CLARIS, now a no-name product). Since the no-name filter has no RFID chip, the filter is of course not automatically recognized, so that I had to select "without filter" on the display after insertion.
On the Internet I read that you can now select "yes" in the menu under "Filter". However, I find when I click on the gear no menu item filter.
It would be great if you could help me further how I get the machine despite the no-name filter ready to start again.
