When rinsing and drawing coffee, the position of the brew group is all the way down, but during the cleaning program it goes all the way down and just after that it moves up 2 cm. This means that the lower piston is not connected to the drainage valve and the water runs freely out below. I have loosened the engine while the cleaning program was running and screwed the brew group all the way down. it there the water runs out of the coffee spout. But it doesn't stay like that after starting the cleaning again, the brew group moves up 2 cm again. Is this a software error? Have also made video about it if it helps.
