Heating Timeout 1...

Hello everyone

I have a big problem with my Franke Evolution.

When I turn it on, it should heat up. Unfortunately then comes productsw. locked... and after a few minutes flashes heating timeout 1...

Does anyone have a clue about this ? How can I unblock this or should I call a technician ??

Thermosensor defective, Duchlauferitzer defective or circuit board damage.
A case for the technician.
