Good morning,I have a problem with the de longhi magnifica s,basically when you press the button to make coffee the grinder grinds the coffee but then the same (ground) coffee comes out of the door where you should put the already ground coffee,then the machine gives error and freezes. I specify that the coffee intensity knob is not placed on the spoon(i.e. to use the already ground coffee). Do you have any idea what could have happened
