Hello there,

I have a Solis Master Pro that has been on the hump for some years and cups.

When I turn on my VA it starts the normal rinse and heat up. The machine then pumps the water, which does not come out normally to the outlet but exits at the bottom of the base plate and floods the whole kitchen.

About 6 months ago I already had her because of the problem with the service. I was then told that they had only been cleaned, then it worked again. It was probably just something "clogged" why the water ran out.

Now I have the problem again and thought to myself, yes, I can "clean" myself, I don't have to spend 80 € for that. Only what could be clogged? I have now disassembled the machine, as well as how it was possible for me. I removed the excess powder with a brush. Then remove all sealing rings from bonded powder. And with a toothpick and a cotton swab, the smaller openings were cleaned and piked through.

Does anyone know the problem? Or whatever valve or whatever could be blocked, the machine is pumping the water out to the ground...

Bin very grateful for tips!!

love greetings

:-)

the solis have a problem with the brass valve, exchange it for a jura drain valve and should be leak-proof

Now I had just almost completely dismantled them. Couldn't see where the water was coming from, though. It was all dry inside... :-(

>As it's reassembled, turned on, now it shows "no water" with the water tank full...

I'm still desperate :-( Isn't it a new machine? It's not the youngest...

First check whether the float is stuck in the water tank, i.e. sticking to the bottom.
If not, check whether the sensor at the back left in the tank compartment still reacts to other magnets, so then the water lamp goes out.
If it does, the magnet in the tank has become too weak and a new tank has to be built.
Check the mentioned non-return valve at the bottom left of the machine at the back whether you can blow it through with your mouth. This must not be the case.

If this is not the case either, continue searching for the leak. Usually the lower brewing piston is clogged.
see here: Beta particles Piston conversions

No worries, this machine is worth every repair, under 1500 Euro you won't find a comparably robust new machine on the market. With enough patience, the error can be found in any case.

Hello Advanced Member
I have the same machine, also with leaking brass valve. From which law does the outlet valve fit?
greetings and thanks Meiwa

The Juras all have the same matching valve in them.

Here you get a replacement kit including matching hoses and gaskets:

HI,

saved the Master Top from the bin because it was supposed to be disposed. The problem, above right water comes out of the housing.

Have already partially dismantled them.

The water was pushed out of the valve where you set the mode. There was still some water.

I worked my way up to the brass valve. So I could not blow the valve through.

Does an exchange make sense anyway or rather leave the old in it?

After the water came out I let another two cups run through, because it worked perfectly again.

Without knowing if it makes sense to put everything together again and just let the decalcifier run through and leave it there for the first time?

Have just removed the brewing group completely and also rinsed through.

What can I still do?

Thank you
Tobias

What I still noticed is when she starts to heat drip in the middle front water from a small tube in the shell

Today I removed the brew group after water stood under the machine and had to find out that all around the group in the machine coffee powder has piled up
A message for cleaning did not come before

How often you have to clean the room around the group ? On the advertisement is apparently no reliance

What favors the pollution with powder in addition or what can I do differently so that it does not accumulate a mountain of powder ????
