789 - Refill coffee beans

hello everyone. i have the following problem since this morning.

My bean hopper is almost full. I start the machine, everything normal and all of a sudden the warning appears "refill coffee beans". i have already tried carefully to <scratch> with a spoon at the bottom . But even after that this does not go out.
Does a RESET help?
