Siemens EQ6 - Why remove milk foam?

Hello all,

why does the milk foam have to be removed beforehand when using hot water? Does anyone know the technical background?

I had asked Siemens directly in the meantime and have now received an answer.
The milk hose must be disconnected so that no milk is sucked from the container and gets into the cup in the event of a vacuum.
Ergo, the hose can stay on if no container is connected.

But why does the message only appear for hot water? I don't want milk in my black coffee if there is negative pressure in the milk hose. Or can there be no negative pressure in coffee products?
