Easy way to use different coffee beans?

I have a Saeco Xelsis super automatic espresso and I love it! However, I'm wondering if anyone has figured out an easy way to use two different types of coffee beans - swapping back and forth? I use a lot of decaf as well as caffeinated coffee. The machine has a "bypass" where you can put grounds in and bypass the whole beans in the grinder. But I am looking for a way to use whole beans for both. Any ideas or help would be wonderful! Thanks!
