Nivona grinds coffee and stops brewing process

Nivona coffee romanticica 769

2,5 years old. Statistics approx 600 coffees

Everything works great. It rinses, makes hot water, and froths the milk perfectly.
But:
When it comes to coffee, it has its problems
.
It grinds the coffee, builds up pressure, and then breaks off. The grounds are mushy. It feels like there is less coffee grounds than normal. Cleaned everything out. Then it brews 1-2 coffees at times. Then the whole thing starts all over again.
Does anyone have any more ideas?
