Hi
have accidentally locked my Multibona. No matter what I press from 1 to 8 always display locked. In the menu nothing can be activated. Service called could not help. Does anyone of you ne idea???

Hello.

Is it a Multibona 1 or a newer model?

Does the display just say "locked" or does it say anything else?

What does "accidentally locked" mean? Does the entry via the programming button on the inside of the door also no longer work?
