Coffee watery/puks very wet

Hello all,

my machine had given a loud noise when grinding. I then disassembled it and discovered that one of the balls in the grinder has flown out of the bearing.

I reassembled the grinder and adjusted it correctly.
But since then the puks in the tank are very crumbly and wet.

The brew group was cleaned and greased.

Maybe the grinder is broken after all, even though I couldn't find any damage there.

Do you have a tip before I start replacing components?
