Jura C60

Hello All,

our C60 is now about five years old and the coffee tastes like tea despite regular water filter replacement and cleaning with Jura tablets. The machine was already four times via MM for testing, short improvement after a few weeks same game.
The espresso is not espresso, but tastes like the first day out of the machine. Do you guys have any ideas? Thanks for your help!

With the machines you should probably clean the coffee spout. But you have to open the machine, remove the front and also disassemble and then clean thoroughly.
In addition, it may also be that the grinding ring (Jura 20080) is blunt. Then the coffee does not taste.
To the water filter I write nothing, except that I think nothing of it. Did you have the machine also times decalcified despite filter? To do this, remove the filter and program out. Is no harm since the filters do not filter out all lime.
