Try 3 new big O-rings and some silicone grease. So that the brewing group, itself, will revise. 4-5 Euro.

Wenn´s then a new reed board does not work yet. 7-8 euros.

Moin,moin,

I had tried the replacement BG again (came from a 5200 from the neighbor and worked great). That didn't change anything. So I also unscrewed and cleaned the BG holder. Behind it you can see that the small locking lever on the lower right is mechanically unlocked from a raised position in the plastic. My guess is that the bracket doesn't go up enough by a few millimeters. Can you adjust that? And is it normal that the whole structure of BG, holder and threaded rod etc. is quite wobbly? Do I just have to open it from behind and pull something?

The wobbling of the drive is normal.
Replace the reed board.

Hello Stefan,

have found the little lever, right.
The brewing unit I could take out.

Thank you and A Happy Holiday

Hello Guest,

I have a similar problem with the AEG Silenzio CS5000, the breast-group, respectively the elevator is up and I have no chance to take out the brewing group, how can I simply and uncomplicatedly shut down the brewing group again in this state, is there a special function or pressing the switches for this ? The fully automatic machine simply doesn't work anymore, the machine was almost completely dismantled in the Repair-Cafe in Lünen, but we simply couldn't get the brewing group out. We found the lever, it can also be turned. nevertheless, somehow the brewing group seems to be stuck, what can still do ?

There is possibly a good illustrated manual on the net, for any help I am thankful.

Best regards

Remove the rear panel and turn down the toothed belt.

Hello everyone.

The brewing unit can only be removed when the coffee machine is switched off.

Hello,

I also have the problem to get the brewing group out and followed the tip with the lever. After that the BG let itself be pulled out a bit, but somewhere above it still hangs and doesn't come out, is there another trick? (P.S. I opened the machine at the back, there is no gear wheel where you could turn something.)

Probably the BG is too high and gets stuck on the powder funnel. And yes, there's a little gear in the back where a toothed belt runs over it. Briille clean!

Hello,
turned the belt but nothing happens! The funnel is not the problem, I have already checked, it still hangs somewhere behind, probably right. I assume that the red release buttons may no longer unlock properly. (Glasses cleaned by the way!)

Hello,

I got out the brewing unit and cleaned everything, reinstalled it, but the error message (warning triangle with the two cups symbols) is still there.
I guess I'll have to buy a new machine.

Hello,

maybe it's also the upper broom flask. I would also clean it and check the instantaneous water heater for lime.

My brother group is stuck in the uppermost position. The machine does not react in test mode. The drive motor has approx. 260 Ohm resistance. Turning down the timing belt doesn't work, it sits like concreted.

Can you still somehow get the brother group down?

mee too

Hello,
I guess I haven't cleaned the machines for too long.
I want to take out the brewing group, that was always difficult
with this machine, but not anymore. The red PUSH buttons
can be pressed, but the brewing unit cannot be removed.
Now I have seen a screw on the holder on the left, will it help,
if I loosen the screw or even remove it, or is the fully automatic machine then equal to scrap?
Help, I can't make any more coffee! (machine is out of warranty)

the brewing group just can't be removed at my Bosch TES 715.
It just doesn't work!

Hello, dear Stefan, for months(!) I couldn't take out my brewing group anymore (for cleaning, it continued to work, just couldn't be taken out), tried everything possible already, then finally read your tip today regarding "small lever below right": QUOTE (Guest @ Saturday, 17.December 2011, 22:10 Uhr)
Hello Stefan, found the little lever on the right.

I could take the brewing unit out.

8 years old the tip, I didn't really find the lever either, but so long on everything that protrudes on the lower right, tried it again and again, and finally...HURRA, the thing was outside. Great! ALL biggrin.gifTHANK YOU, dear Stefan!!!!!!!!!!!!
