Delonghi test before delivery of new goods?

Hello, folks,

I recently bought a new Delonghi 3600 fully automatic machine. Upon request to the seller, this also included new goods. However, during the inspection of the newly delivered coffee machine, I noticed that coffee powder residues had already been found on the sieve of the brewing unit, in the coffee powder chute, as well as in the pomace container of the machine. Is that normal? Are the machines tested with coffee powder before delivery? It seems a little strange to me.
I'd appreciate any helpful answer.
