Phillips EP 3241/50 no longer starts

Hello dear forum!

After a normal cleaning of the machine and brewing unit, we now have the problem that the machine no longer starts. When it starts, it clicks or cracks three times in the period of the starting process (right at the beginning, about in the middle and then just before the end of the process). When the process is over, all three red LEDs on the right side light up (water empty, coffee press full, and the warning triangle).

We've already followed the steps in the manual.
It's also not a clog in the coffee feed.
The brewing unit has been completely cleaned again and greased according to the manual.

It sounds to me that something is wrong with the brewing unit, but I don't know what.

Does anyone have any idea what exactly the machine does at the three points when starting to get closer to the problem?

Hello, the brewing unit händich drive together and look where and what happens.
No coffee means something is clogged. What does the pulp look like? Wet or dry? If the coffee grounds are dry, there is a blockage outside the brewing unit.
Wet means the brewing unit has a problem or the outlet to the coffee outlet.
