Brewing unit is stuck

The brewing unit no longer comes out

I should empty the set container on my machine that I have had for over three years and am always satisfied. It did not come out because the ejection flap does not go back to the starting position.
Can you help me?

Maybe it would be quite good if you name the manufacturer of the machine and the type!!!?
