No coffee from the nozzles

Hello dear people,
I am new here and totally ignorant about my esam 4200 ........I have got it half a year ago used gift, always treated with care and cleaned .........now she does not go any more .......she makes everything up to the brüben. ......there is no coffee coming out of the nozzles. ....have already replaced the lower pump and the flo meter......and cleaned everything.......I also don't know how to rinse the nozzles separately........can someone please help me........
