Siemens EQ series brewing unit self-cleaning

Hello! After some time I would like to clean my brewing unit of my Siemens EQ.7 intensively myself, because I believe that the simple rinsing and always only O-ring exchange with silicone grease is no longer sufficient. I also have the feeling that the machine is now struggling a bit with the brewing unit.

Had any of you ever dismantled, cleaned and reassembled such a brewing unit? Is that possible? Then what would you use to clean the unit? I'd carefully unscrew, clean and reassemble it now if I could get it right.

thank you, but I already know this video. It merely shows a revision of the brewing unit, which I have already carried out.

I'd like to know how to completely unscrew a brewing unit (there are more fixing screws) to clean it and what's the best way to clean it.
