Hi all,

this morning the coffee machine seems to have given up the ghost. After the first cup of coffee, everything still looked fine, but the output of the second cup was terminated at a seemingly random time with "output is aborted". Follow-up attempts failed as well: It felt like all follow-up attempts were aborted faster than the first failed attempt. After a restart, the machine even once displayed "Insert non-carbonated water or replace filter" (similar wording).

In the service menu, I noticed that the NTC Surface Sensor displays a value of 170-190. Should the unit be °C, then that seems a bit high to me. The flow test or moving the brewing unit was successful. The NTC Outlet Sensor also shows a realistic value of 23 (°C).

Can I assume that the NTC Surface Sensor is broken? Is it easy to replace?
Would you recommend that if you already disassemble the machine, that you replace other components at the same time?

Thank you for your assessment and best regards!
