Hello dear community,

am just something in despair what the whole topic cleaning and descaling concerns ... Have already found some threads here but so right all-embracing I do not quite go through... I am looking for a cheaper but also an environmentally friendly alternative to the Jura original cleaners...

Topic 1: The water filter - I am now also for environmental reasons and because I consider filters in general iwie not so sensible already come to the decision that I only use the 1st filter which was included in the delivery of my Jura E8 EB and then want to get along later without filters and then rather more often decalcify. With which I already

Subject 2 come
:The descaler of the Jura appliances consists of: Maleic acid, amidosulfonic acid and benzotriazole. Most replacement products especially the environmentally friendly - but contain citric acid (in combination with amidosulfonic or lactic acid).
Jura devices have a flow heater made of copper, which probably has a very good heat conduction but reacts more with cleaners that have certain additives - which are no idea I am unfortunately not a chemist ... Therefore, I would now but rather not take a descaler in the citric acid is. Does anyone here ne alternative that is also good for the machine? (One of the also in a glass bottle instead of plastic is sold by Twentyless unfortunately also contains citric acid...)
But I also read somewhere that e.g. amidosulfonic acid is said to cause lasting damage to water organisms and that is not good for the environment, which is why I would not simply want to have a replacement product with the same content
...
Benzotriazole is supposed to be material caring/protective I guess....

Topic 3:
The cleaner: So a 2-phase cleaner where I have not yet found anywhere a real listing of what exactly there is now the content, not to mention what you can take here now best as an alternative
...

Topic 2:
The milk system cleaner
...
Comes with my machine in mini tablet form of which a portion is dumped into the cleaning tank.... This begs the question for me - what is the difference between this and the liquid form???? And can anyone tell me if it is really necessary to use this cleaner daily? Isn't it enough to rinse the system directly after use and to do the cleaning program in the evening, possibly without the cleaner, to rinse the foam nozzle etc. by hand and then use it every 3 days? Above all - I do not drink milk. I have a vegetable alternative from Vly. Does anyone know anything about this?

Thanks in advance

Hello,

really ecologically sound cleaning agents for fully automatic coffee machines are not known to me.
Is also somewhat difficult because the devices are very sensitive and expensive and there should be used just special agents that gently clean and decalcify and that is not possible with bio-means at the moment.

However, I recommend that you simply use concentrated agents that are economical to use and you also contribute to a lower environmental impact.

I can recommend the ceragol ultra range, the Premium Descaler, cleaning tablets and Pronto CremaClean (milk system cleaner) are highly concentrated and can be used very sparingly. In addition, your machine is protected from damage by special additives.
The amidosulphonic acid/sulphamic acid is also found in the Premium Descaler, but it is broken down to such an extent during the descaling process that it is no longer harmful to the water.
