Resetting the brewing unit

Hello everyone
My Siemens EQ500 coffee machine constantly displays the error message,,, Please clean the brewing unit and put it back in.
I have done this a few times and the error remains. Unfortunately nothing more can be done.
Who can help me?sad.gif

It could be that the black hose on the brewing unit is defective or kinked.
