AEG CG 6600 does not brew coffee

Hello, maybe somebody can help me.

My AEG KVA CG 6600 heats up normally when switched on, grinds coffee beans ( display 20%) and then you can hear how inside the powder is pushed into the grape marc container, optically it then displays 100%, but the placed cup remains empty. When switched off it flushes normally again.

What it may be.
