Melitta Caffeo Passione

Hallo!

I would like to check the drive of my Melitta Passione F53 101 and replace it if necessary.
I'm still afraid of failing to remove the housing parts. Is there possibly an exploded view or can someone tell me where and how I can find the necessary screws.

For help I would be very grateful!

Wolfgang

Hello Wolfgang,

It's been a while, but people who have the same problem find their way through googling and back here and there's no answer.

That's why: First of all the Caffeo F53 is quite identical to the Varianza CSB. A similar forum entry can be found here:https://komtra.de/forum/index.php/Thread/10103-Melitta-Caffeo-Varianza-F-57-0-101-Wie-Geh%C3%A4use-%C3%B6open/it
starts with the lid. First pull out the two plastic rivets behind the water container. Then loosen the clips around the lid, the middle front one is a bit difficult. Then everything can
be loosened bit by bit with
a 1er Torx screwdriver
. Should be a screwdriver as long as possible. Bit is not enough for all screws. Here also a video up to the grinding mechanism of a Thai colleague:

drainage valve lies behind a cover behind the brewing group, which
can
also be loosened with Torx screws
.

Hello everybody, I am also sitting in front of a Passione machine and unfortunately I don't know how to get the side covers off. I took off the lid and removed the screws as far as I could see. I would like to attach to the drainage valve, but I have to remove the side covers to do so, right?

The side panel (left) should pull upwards. I have done the same with mine recently.

i changed the drainage valve on my Melitta Caffeo Passione yesterday. unfortunately this part of the drain where the drainage valve flows into the drain tank (connected with a piece of hose). is it absolutely necessary to install it, or is it enough to simply put the short piece of hose on it, so that it runs into the drip tray ? otherwise I have to disassemble everything again ;-(

na i just leave it out then. laugh..., i don't see any disadvantages. maybe more an advantage, because the moisture can evaporate faster (mould formation). hmmmm
