Brewing unit melitta solo cannot be removed

Hola, maybe someone has a tip for me: the brewing unit can't be removed. When I turn the red lever to the left (as always) I don't hear any clicking anymore and the unit is still stuck. Is there another mechanism I can trigger? Many thanks for your feedback
