Chocolate motor defective

Hello,
have a WMF bistro with shock system. Unfortunately already 2 times the Schok-
system was so clogged that you had to take it apart completely.
Now, after cleaning the machine, it went on failure, and the
motor for the chocolate dyspenser is defective. I have always filled in only as indicated
chocolate for vending machines. Who had ever had a similar problem,
customer service was there, and also the cleaning tablets, which are thrown in through the
valve, were found to be unused in the machine. How does that work????
