Good day dear forum and its members

I started the descaling program on my Magnifica evo from delonghi. After a short time I noticed that too little water is in it.
So water tank out and more water in.
Now I want to start again as seen in the video and more than the few splashes but do not come out.

Also long press the button or pressing other buttons does not work. Only on and off still goes or press the button we see in the video.

Also pull the plug or let the machine run brings nothing.

The machine is clean inside and cleaned. I had no blockages.

One more thing: The machine has not shown me that I should decalcify (also use a water filter). Actually, I just wanted to tell the machine that I changed the filter. But I pressed the filter button for 5 seconds and started the descaling process
