Milk frother steams in the wrong direction

Hello ,after I cleaned the brew head according to instructions the coffee is now running fine but the milk frother is now pumping the steam into the machine. The steam rises from the coffee powder compartment and the trestor container is also wet. After reopening, I can't find anything noticeable. Any ideas?
