Melitta Coffeo Solo descaling failure

Hey, guys!

My melitta coffeo solo machine had the descaling light popped up yesterday, and I started the descaling process. But it got stuck in the second step. It seems that it doesn't want to rinse the machine. I tried stopping it, no use.
After about half an hour (second step is taking 15 min) the tray was filling with water and I removed it to avoid over-spilling. After inserting the tray back the machine took the command for the third step, but at the end the descaling light remained on.

I repeated this, same result.

Please advice.
