Manufacturer: Siemens | Type-/Model: EQ.5 TE506F09DE ExtraKlasse | ca. Year of construction: 2015

Hello
,I'm getting the "refill beans" message despite
the presence of beans?
I have already cleaned the machine extensively, taken out and sucked out all beans up to the grinder and also removed the drawer for powder and cleaned and
sucked out
the outlet gas nozzle for the grinder
.
Is there a key combination for resetting the grinding mechanism?

Hello,

Factory reset on EQ5 : "Off" and "Steam" pressed on power-up

There is even a Compnet test on the EQ 5, where the grinder can be tested individually:
"Off" and "Start" pressed when switching on AND the selector switch
on "Rinse" menu structure: Comp.Test -> confirm with OffWith
the upper rotary wheel you can
control the individual componentsPump

-> Grinder -> Heat -> BU dw -> BU up ->Led on ->

Auto offThe respective components

can

be tested

with Start

.

If the grinding mechanism ( grinder ) does not stir here, then the grinding mechanism carbons are probably

worn out.

Happens at Siemens from 10000

to 14000 references.

Costs at Ebay about 10,-€ you only have to

disassemble

half the machines

. I

just took a EQ5 506501 completely apart and

clipped it

back

together.
Greetings Alex

Hello,

I'd tested the whole menu that I'd already found out.

Unfortunately not a single one started with the test possibilities prescribed by you.

Then I kept the machine apart, took out the grinder, cleaned it (coal dust removed and last bean remains) and reassembled everything.

Now it's working again.

Hopefully long.

PS
: After all the reports I have now read on the net about fully automatic coffee machines, I will never buy a new one again. The dirt, which I have now seen through the dismantling, which cannot be removed by greenish cleaning of the machine, without completely disassembling it, is wub.gifvery unbelievable
.
I'd rather choose a strainer then.

Now she's already giving up the ghost again.

Appear to be due to the power of the painting.

Could that be the coal problem?

Hello ru-ki,

the grinder was already dismantled once. To get to the coal you have to loosen the clips on the grinder housing, carefully, they like to break off. The coals are then held by small wire springs. So far I have always ordered coals from Juraprofi,
but https://www.juraprofi.de/Siemens-Ersatzteile/Siemens-Surpresso/Mahlwerk/Kohlenpaar-zu-Siemens-Surpresso-Mahlwerk::14671.htmlDabei you have to sand one of the coals on the side, because the engine
has
a small notch on one side
.
Greetings Alex
