Single cup and double cup flashing

Hello,
I have problems with my Silencio for the first time.
Since this morning the lamps for single and double cup are blinking and you can't brew coffee anymore. Only if you pull the device down and up again or pull the plug you can brew a cup again. After that the 2 lamps flash again.
Has someone an idea.
