water container

There's water in the tank, but it's not showing any

Hello, I wanted to fill up the water in the tank and as usual I took the tank out and filled it up with fresh water but now it always shows me that there is no water available. I took it out several times and put it back in again and again and again the same. I can make coffee now.
Can someone tell me what to do? Jura Impressa C 5

There's a float in the bottom corner of the tank. See if it goes up when there's water in the tank. The swimmer was stuck with calcified water tanks.

The float contains a magnet, it can also be that this must be changed. I've had
that
before.

Or did the swimmer ever fall out? Then it could have been put in the wrong way round.
