Cleaning the coffee spout/swivelling door

I would like to clean not only the brewing group, but also the individual parts of the coffee spout at our fully automatic machine. There are 2 bigger and 1 smaller screw on it - after removing them I still can't remove the parts, but I'm also worried about what to break...
Is there a manual ? Maybe a snap connection?
